Bought a used MacBook Air, didn’t buy from them but they helped me after I locked myself out, Trevor is the best tech guy I’ve met thus far. I won’t be going anyplace else. Wished they fixed cars.
I'd sooner recommend involuntary castration. The story: Back in 2015, my mother and I brought her iPad 2 in for service. It was having a couple different problems; I don't remember exactly what. I had heard good things about the staff at MacSolutions and it was closer than the nearest Apple store, so I figured why not? (For what it matters, this was the Eastern Hills Mall location.) Had the best experience here today! My iPhone was on the fritz so I made an appt and brought it into the store to get looked at! After a very thorough diagnostic check they ended up replacing my phone as it was something with the hardware! They were so polite and nice and explained what they were doing every step of the way! My daughter and niece didn’t mind the wait (just under 2 hours) since they played on the iPads located in the store and the employees didn’t mind much either!
Great family owned business! Small business feel with big business offerings!!
