Awesome service! Had issues with my mac computer and Sammy (not sure how to spell) seemed super concerned and was able to give me a diagnostic within 30 minutes. Would completely recommend and will be returning for all of my tech repairs in the future!!
Horrible experience... This shop had my TV four times totaling 5 months and never resolved the issue. It started off as a simple backlight issue. Now I have to buy a new TV and he will not refund the $219.49 charged to fix my other TV. The TV is only 18 months old and now he is blaming it on the manufacturer stating it can't be fixed but of course he still won't give me back the money he charged me initially to fix it.
