Mac’s gave us the BEST service we have ever received. We were stuck in Tupelo after a 20 hour drive and on our way back home to Birmingham Alabama. We unfortunately blew a tire and bent our rim, and after hours of calling places all over town, we found Mac’s. I came in to get tires mounted on my new wheels and Mac’s did a stellar job. However, I had to bring one back due to a leaking valve stem. When I received the wheel back from repair, my valve cap was missing and the lip of my wheel was scratched and damaged. Very disappointing after they did such a good job the first time. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Major brag on Mac’s Tire! Nobody likes getting their tires replaced, but these people made it so easy for me this morning. I was scared I’d be late to work, but I was on time due to their speedy service. Also, very friendly ladies at the desk! 10 out of 10! 👏🏻 (didn’t cost an arm & a leg either)

Great customer service! Helped fix my leaking tire that I had taken to another place 3 times to have fixed. The ladies in the office are great too.
