As a female trying to care for my car it can be hard to trust people are not taking your money and being honest. Every time I have been here they are so nice, quick, accommodating, and explain everything so well. I like using them and trust the staff. She told me that “they never would do something or recommend to a customer that they wouldn’t want do to their family” and I just respect that. I’ve never had anyone act rude or inpatient when I have used their services. Thanks!
The service here was excellent. I was traveling and had a belt break in a front tire. they squeezed me in very quickly. They even took the time to show me how to raise an lower the spare tire on my truck as I could not figure it out. Highly recommended.
Had to go to Mac's Monday because my tire light came on.... the ladies at the front are always very nice and upfront about your expected wait time. Great service and always nice that Hal, Ricky, and Patrick are usually always there .
Today I had to go to Mac’s tire, everyone employee that saw me spoke, and said hello Mr Scott, it’s not like I go in there everyday, it had me thinking, providing service is so much more than doing a job, it’s about knowing those you service. Thank you Mac’s Tire for being great at what you do.
This would be a heck of a place for an alignment shop. I’ve tried dealing with macs twice now and never had anything done to either of my rides. Any question I’ve ever asked I was met with “ I’ve been doing this 34 years”. I find it very funny that 2 vehicles that can’t be aligned went right down the road to east main tire and aligned without any problem and received a lot better attitude to go along with it.
