My mother is in assisted living and receives her medications through Mac"s. Coverage for one of her medications was dropped by her insurance. Mac's did not alert us and she was charged an exorbitant amount. The medication was not necessary, so I immediately had the prescription cancelled. The next month the charge still appeared. Mac's offered no remedy at all, saying that there billing system was "odd" and it took a long time before they quit delivering meds. Stay away from these people.
