Great service! Fast response time at a reasonable price!
The only company I trust to open ANY door. My son had a company quote $100 to make a key for his door. When the guys showed up he was in an unmarked vehicle and then ran the card for $250. Then he said he couldn't reverse the charges. When he got the door open there was some damage. You don't need to worry about that with Mac's. These guys are very reputable and have been in business for a very long time. If you want things done right, call Mac's.
I am so completely frustrated with your customer service. I came in over six weeks ago, bought a key fob, your guys programmed it and it worked great. Before I left, I bought a key fob for my husband as well, your guy said he needed to order it in. Two weeks later, it came in. I came down, your guys worked on it for an hour before they realized the hertz was wrong and that the key fob that was shipped in was the wrong one.
