I rented an apt at Strafford Manor, we went without maintenence and a manager the majority of the time renting there, when I moved in there were cigarette ***** in the carpet. I mentioned it to the manager before I signed a lease and he told me that it was OK because he knew it was there. I have never smoked a day in my life but when I moved out in May of 2023 a new manager was hired and I was charged ***** dollars for carpeting because of those burn marks. I live in Richland Apartments. We have been stuck here for 12 years. Our bathroom ceiling caved in from plumbing issues and their "repair" was sticking some dry wood up and leaving it there. They never filled in the sides. There's LARGE gaping holes. The leak was never fixed and it is now covered in mold and mildew. When we complained that the water was still leaking, they took a pencil and poked holes into the drywall so the water would drip into the bathtub. I live at **************** in *************, **. I've been here for 5 1/2 year's. My unit is alright on the inside. But the small deck and railing is very dangerous. There are many board's that are very loose. Some of them can be lifted up and the wood that they are suppose to be nailed to is rotted. The railing is very loose. If someone were to fall against it...it would fall over onto the ground below. Nothing has been done to fix this. The siding around my unit is mix matched. It's very embarrassing. I rent in Poplar Bluff, MO in the South Pointe apartments. Do NOT rent here. We have been dealing with harassment from our neighbor for a year now. We wrote a dictionary worth of complaints, she slams doors so hard our floor vibrates. Talks so loud we hear their full conversations. They knock up on our ceiling because they hear us. She has had her kids call us names. She has called the police on us and accused us of domestic assault when we don't even fight. They are now lying about stuff I paid already and are trying to evict me because of them not showing up for work. They lying about I owe **** on what I had to pay to move in 4 months ago. And Clgw keep decline my payment 3 time's and I still paid the late fee Even after I got receipt for paying it again , calling and checking and they denied my payment today so I had to go to *************** and pay using my gas that I have left from them ********* and whoever else vandalizing my truck one piece at a time.

*****! We are renters in a MACO owned rental property in Woodbury TN…. DO NOT Rent here. We have experienced lots of discrimination against us personally and against our registered ESA animals. The manager ***** has done everything in her power to discriminate against us and our ESA animals from writing us up on non issues, to threatening to evict us if we don’t have our ESA animals removed. Maco management is a corrupt business full of liars and uneducated and incompetent employees. I have gone 7 days without a toilet, my apartment is full of mold, and they are not afraid to lie about their incompetence. I have no working smoke alarms, my inspections have not been done but the falsified the indpection documents. My.friend that lived here died when her apartmeng caught fire.
