Don't rent from this f****** outfit they are ignoring my doctor notes to move into a different apartment off of the hillside I live on they play favors to different people I'm 66 and have fell twice where I live in ****************** it is a **** poor company and ******* is a royal b**** she is the district manager they want me to fill out a whole new application instead of transferring me I can't stand this company **** poor management
There's a lot of favoritism and they allow dogs that is a great **** over the weight limit I'm living with cockroaches because of a dirty neighbor and nothing is getting done about it plus living with mold Wall leaking I had to have a cockroach flushed out of my ear since I've been living here the apartment wasn't clean when I moved in it was full of dead cockroaches things like that
I would not recommend renting from MACO, property manager admits she doesnt care and hates old people. Locks door during posted open hours. Only answers phone when MACO staff calling. Other Calls go to voicemail, theres more tatslly unacceptable lack of business procedures. Failure to upkeep property as advertised on Wensite.
Maco properties is not up to date with the government on their apartments I have a apartment the is so run down they won't fix it and I'm disabled they are rude people and play favoritism with the clients they need to condem the apartments in strafford ******** I want to transfer and they won't let me but they do other clients I'm getting ready to see about suing them cuz of their apartments.
Lets see where to start. I lived in one of the Maco Properties from 2013-2015 with no complaints. I moved out due to having another child and needed more room in 2015. I am an elderly disabled female I have lived at one of these **mpanies properties only a month I am NOT getting any rental assistance I just moved from a quality apartment where rent was high and going up and even though I dont qualify for rental assistance ***************** properties are less rent but then you got the aggravation of dealing with those kinds of properties I have lived on them before I have dealt also with HUD Section 8 and I know not only the government guidelines I am well aware of housing laws and my righ... read more
On February 28th and my sons dad was at my house staying and in previous weeks the manager and I had talked about him being here every other week helping me out with our child while Im helping my family with a death happening and he said that was fine until this particular day when he met my sons dad at the car and told him to tell me that I need to come to the office and talk about his residency here. I have lived in one of this companies properties for less than a month Worst experience of my life and I have to move again now. They do NOT have any way to contact them They refuse to repair anything The filth in this apartment was beyond disgusting and I have had NO hot water since move in day. I rented an apt at Strafford Manor, we went without maintenence and a manager the majority of the time renting there, when I moved in there were cigarette ***** in the carpet. I mentioned it to the manager before I signed a lease and he told me that it was OK because he knew it was there. I have never smoked a day in my life but when I moved out in May of 2023 a new manager was hired and I was charged ***** dollars for carpeting because of those burn marks.
