These guys are the best ... and they also do auto repairs and inspections. Great service all the way around!
John was great. We visited my daughters grave on Fathers Day and locked the keys in the car. We had roadside assistance with our insurance company. Called them and they told us it would be 45 minutes. An hour later we called back only to find out that the guy they sent cancelled but didn't let anyone know. So I called and renewed my AAA and within 30 minutes John from Mack's arrived and had our car unlocked. He was very friendly on what was already a tough day for us. Highly recommended!
Broke down West of Lancaster. Towed us back all the way to Chalfont. Best experience ever considering we broke down. Chris was quick, polite, energetic and helpful on so many levels. We had a lot in common and had remarkable conversation all the way home. If you have such a thing, we would recommend him for employee of the year.
My truck broke down on a holiday weekend at a campground near New Holland, PA. Not only did they show up within 30 minutes, they also found and installed a new starter for my truck and had me on the road again before the weekend was over. All of that and they didn't rock me hard on the price.
Best service around! Friendly, fast, courteous! They also take AAA! They're GREAT!
Found myself with a flat tire Sunday around noon. Tire patched and back on the road in around half an hour. Can't beat that, more than happy
My vehicle broke down last evening on 222 between Brownstown and Ephrata exits. I live near Allentown so I'm not close to home. I called 3 A's they sent out Mack's Tire Service. The driver called to let me know he was on the way and who he was.My wait was no more then 1/2 hour from the time I pulled over to the time the tow truck arrived. Ralph is an awesome mechanic! He took the time with me to show my truck' issues. Showed me what he replaced and why my rotors were shot. Kim was a great hostess. I will be back for service.
