i was in an accident yesterday and the other driver had called AAA veto is the driver that had came out and not only took care of her care but was so compassionate and kind that he took care of my car as well!!! He was fast to get there and faster figuring out he just wanted to help! that compassion i will be forever grateful for, human kindness goes a long way!! thank you for being so quick and amazing with your customer service!!
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Veto. My daughter was involved in accident today and he was the driver that received the call. I will be eternally grateful for his compassion and true customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that not only was the car he was called there for, but also my daughters car, were both taken care of. I would highly recommend Mack's for all of your towing needs.
Got a flat tire on my way to work. Called AAA and they sent Brendan, he was here within an hour’s time. He did a great job n was very very nice. Plugged my tire with no problem. Thank u so much Brendan.
called AAA because my car left me sit. Mack's sent a truck out to see if they could help get it started before having their tow truck come out. Brandon showed up to help us and couldn't get it started, but gave us a ride home instead of having us wait for our tow truck in the cold. he was very helpful. couldn't have asked for a better service
they do a very good job and they take care of their customers
My car wouldn’t start, I called AAA and Brendan came to the house within the hour and said it was my battery. He switched it out, and made sure everything was running smooth before leaving. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely would recommend.
