Shane was sent out from AAA when my car wouldn’t start today. He was the best! Replaced the old battery and put in a new one. He is really good at what he does. My car was in my garage and it was dark so he worked by flashlight. A very nice and helpful young man.
I had to be towed yesterday by Mack and couldn't have asked for a more courteous and caring person. Thank you Veto! Today my car needs to be towed to a Honda dealership for warranty work and Mack will be picking it up from the garage it was towed to and taking it into Lancaster for the work. Allison was very helpful and personable on the phone and made the stress of it all much easier. I highly recommend Mack Towing!
Mack's was the dispatched company through AAA hen my daughter's car needed towed. They were there within 15 minutes, the driver(who I believe was the owner) was friendly and quickly had the car loaded and delivered to our home.
Yeah I recommend maxed tire service but I don’t recommend dealing with his so-called manager. Very ignorant and got smart mouth with me when I called in to let them know that one of their drivers was parked in the handicap parking spot at the Turkey Hill in effort to Everett to 22 and 322. Told him I call back and speak to the owner himself and that’s when he got the attitude with me. Not good just remember reviews are your best friend or your worst enemy

Big shout out to Mack’s! They came promptly, found what was wrong with my tire & had me towed to the garage in no time. The driver Ryan was professional & competent. He had my girl up on the bed & strapped down tight in no time flat. The truck cab was super clean & the prefect temp for a hot muggy night. Thanks guys! I will definitely recommend you.
My car broke down on 222 south in a snow storm. Shaun arrived immediately and waited patiently as we got lost getting back to my car. Shaun was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond. We would recommend Mack’s tire service and especially Shaun. Thank you!
