This is far by the worse company I have ever received a car from. Less than 3 weeks I was locked out my car because the key fob died on me twice. I had to pay $100 to get back inside my own car. Then I kept getting a message on the car engine power low. I notified the dealer ship and they told me to bring it to fast lane auto and everything will be covered and I will not have to pay anything. I need an oil change on my F350 king Ranch Tremor so I went to Romeo Ford. They told me to go to this place and I parked in the handicap because I am a disabled veteran and some old Man told me not to park there and go around back like I was the help, He must’ve been fooled by my complexion nonetheless I won’t be taking any of my four other Lincoln and Ford products to this place ever again maybe a bigger dealership can handle the weight and be a little bit more polite to their customers who spend a half million on vehicles.

Made it sound like everything was good, they had me put a $100 "refundable" deposit down on a car to hold it for a week, then the sales person stopped talking. Next day I messaged him and he said their was an issue with my income, he needed more forms( forms I already sent to the email address he provided). Still haven't received my deposit back, still havent heard anything back.

Great people here, Chris the owner is very genuine and hands on + helpful + his people always give me their honest opinion which I value. They do a very clean job in a timely manner.
