I’ve never paid attention to it since I’m not from the springs, however my mom and oldest daughter hear about it all the time, so we went tonight for my mom’s birthday! The staff is friendly and sweet and they’re very knowledgeable about the menu and pairing. The food was almost indescribable. It was delicious but I feel like that description doesn’t even do it justice. Also my mother was treated to a free dessert as today is her birthday! It’s a little expensive but that’s to be expected with as good of a job as they do.

Took my Wife for our 12 Year Anniversary tonight. Was not given new clean silverware after the appetizer. Was given bread and still no new clean silverware. Had to finally ask wait longer then ask multiple staff members for new clean silverware. Wife ordered steak medium well. After waiting over an hour and 20 mins for main course her steak came medium rare with red bloody mashed potatoes. We always love our MacKenzie Chop House experience. They have an amazing wine list by the glass and bottle. All of the food is always scrumptious, from appetizers to full dinner meals, to desserts! Perfectly cooked and the most wonderful experience with service, especially at the bar!!!!!!!
