Service was not good. Made us wait to be seated to go check if a certain waitress had made it there yet to open up another section. They weren't even busy yet. Waitress not in standard MacKenzie t-shirt, wearing a logo design tank top. You wouldn't even know she worked there. Food came out a plate at a time. Not informed they were out of a certain food until the substitute was brought out. Fresh fruit tasted spoiled. It took almost an hour to get our food and then we were offered a beer to go from the waitstaff I don't believe that's legal in billings city limits
Walked in and noticed there must be a new manager because ALL the usual staff were gone. Service was crummy at best. Sat at the bar, no body behind the bar for 15-20min at a time. Entire place must be sectioned off to different servers. The people next to me get served (as in asked if you would like another beer etc)BUT they won't talk to you until the exact same person who took your order decides to finally come back. And this is at the BAR not a table. Staff just disappears into the back. Sad because the service use to be ... read more
