Tried the heights branch several times over the years and had a not so great experience each time. Once our taco trio came out with a cod skewer still frozen in the middle. Gave them another shot on Saturday. Ordered a salad and sandwich combo, my daughter got the kids cheese pizza. Took 25 minutes just to place the order, and another 30 for it to be brought out. Also ordered 2 pizzas to go early so we wouldn’t have to wait. Wrong! Still had to wait... and wait. The pizza is decent but the lack of customer service by far out... read more
