Old walls are paper thin. Can hear everything. It is literally surrounded in razor wire!!!! NOT SAFE AT ALL! Miserable area. Don't consider. No longer on a UT route. Sketchy and slowly deteriorating. Don't expect a social life or anyone to want to come here. Staff is mediocre at best. Kind of bitchy, one has literally the worst gingivitis I've ever encountered, literally can smell it when she talks.
