It's that time again...Sam and his crew do a great job!
Much more than an oil change place, Mack Lube Center was there for us today in a situation with our oxygen sensor. Josh saw the problem within minutes of arriving for help, and was able to repair the problem as only an experienced mechanic could using his welding skills. He took care of the problem and saved us money by not having to order a new sensor as he realized he could solve the problem using the original one. I was blown back by the great service. I unknowingly came in after they were closed and they still served me with excellence.
Mike, Sam and DaQuan were all wonderful in helping with basic questions I had pertaining to my oil change. I had a great experience for the second time.
