First time at this location, and first impression was a 10/10. From the Super clean and welcoming environment, to the friendly and honest staff, I knew I had found my new car guys. Fair prices and fast service. I recommend Mack lube to all my family and friends.
Eli went the extra mile twice for my car needs I plan to go to him a 3rd time soon. I would recommend giving them a chance to earn your business =)
I couldn't have asked for a more exceptional service. Took my car there the first time out of convenience, and my car and I have been treated extremely well. They tell you exactly what they're doing, and show you what is necessary, all while trying to bring your costs down. A extremely respectable business. EEveryone is so nice and polite and friendly they work very hard on your vehicle and they make sure that you understand everything that's going on with your vehicle that has to be fixed and another thing that I do like is that they put God first but also if you have children they make sure that they're entertained as well with little goodies around the shop so I will definitely be back and tell my friends and family about them.
Took my car in for a leak and they took the time to explain the problem (which was caused by the dealership that had last serviced it) and fixed it while I waited. Eli is the nicest guy ever and was so sweet to my kids. Mack Lube Center just gained a customer for life!
