We worked with Joel Sodeman to buy our first house. He is a very knowledgeable and honest agent. Joel is also easy to relate to and his sense of humor makes the whole process much more relaxed and easier than what it could be. When looking at houses, he was up front about potential issues and costs that would come up with repairs or remodeling and whether or not he thought the houses were really worth it with what our budget was and what we were envisioning for our new home. I was extremely impressed by the level of service provided. Eleanor is experienced, professional, hard working and a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing to work with someone so customer oriented and accommodating. The only thing I regret is that I did not also use her as my seller's agent or take her recommendation regarding lenders since she networks with other outstanding professionals. She definitely sets the standard for the industry. You could not find a better realtor!
