I’ve worked with Jonathan and his team for many years both to buy and sell property in Westchester as well as to manage rentals. He is smart, professional and creative with problem solving and negotiations. He and his family have operated for decades in the area and know the market intimately and have a deep bench of resources to call on for construction and repairs. I can't say enough good things about Macias Realty Group. Jon and his team have been a pleasure to work with and are exceptional communicators. Some property managers can be a headache to work with, but Jon makes everything very simple and stress free. All rents, tax forms, repair requests, etc. have been on time and accurate and I know my property in Southern California is in good hands with MRG. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

False advertisement of property available Collecting $40.00 credit check fees Property withdrawn from market when questioned application status Then told only one property was available and all of a sudden withdrawn, when 10 homes were advertised as available SCAMMERS!! This guy keep saying this was investigated by the BBB..YOU LIED!! Jonathan Macias owner of MACIAS PROPERTIES advertised TEN homes available for rent at 200 E 121st Street. The realty company is representing shady home owners, collecting multiple application fees from various postings claiming the property is for rent. Once inquired, either the company or owners working in tandem with each other, will delete the posting claiming the post was removed by either party. Application fee is never refunded or returned, the realty company will then post again, collecting application fees from unsuspecting clients. Be aware.
