They sued me and I had until December 27th 2021 to respond, so I did. Then I find out that supposedly my account has been transferred to who knows where. I finally figured that out , but what happens to the lawsuit that they initiated and now no one will respond to? In the mean time my refinance company cut a check for complete payoff to the company who is supposedly handling my case havent heard a word from them! Court issued a mandatory mediation that they are supposed to initiate and nothing! Completely frustrated!

They are not accepting payment and have given no information for me and others to continue making our payments. I would like some contact so I do not show in records that I did not make a payment.

I have a contractual agreement to pay down a debt. The agreement is that I will pay a monthly amount "before or on the 15th of each month" which I have done diligently. I logged in on December 1st to make my payment only to be met with a notice that they are "no longer servicing consumer accounts" and that someone will be in contact with me. There provided a phone number to call that instructs people to leave a voicemail...which I did. Leaving all pertinent information, and have not been contacted. Logged in to make a payment on one of my two accounts, and notice that they aren't servicing accounts anymore. There should have been a prior notice of ***** days, and where to make future payments to. At this point, if they won't take payments then they have taken care of the rest of it themselves. They have my email, and I have requested all contact through email as a safety precaution to Covid which they did not honor during lockdowns.

Terrible company to have to deal with. I was set up on a payment plan and was unable to pay due to extreme financial difficulties. They garnished my bank account and took the remaining balance of over $6000+dollars at once. There was no monthly withdraws just emptied my entire account and left me with overdraft fees. $2000 dollars of that money was money my daughter had been saving for her fall semester classes which she now can't attend. Unfair and corrupt company. They keep referring to supplying these “writ of garnishment” to employers and/or banks more often than not leaving people with $0 left over. First, a garnishment should be taken seriously but there are limitations as to how much of someone’s pay you can actually garnish. I think they know they are breaking the law but continuing to do this to individuals most of whom are living paycheck to paycheck. Machol and Johannes has been corrupt since their first contact with us. Since 2014, they have been receiving $50 per month from us. They will not respond to our request for an invoice, balance due on an account that we should never have had to pay on in the first place. We are very frustrated. What can we do to stop this corrupt collection?
