Horrible experience. It took months to get the everything installed so that the machine was usable. When we had Zeiss come in to do our annual calibration we found out that the license transfer had not been paid when Machnet bought the machine, so none of our licenses were valid. We then had to pay ~$12,000 to validate the licenses before Zeiss could calibrate. Horrible and costly experience. Bought equipment advertised as "like new. never been used" Received equipment with missing parts and still unable to use. Absolutely useless response in returning my money. As far as I'm concerned Machnet is happy stealing from others so watch yourself.
