This firm was wonderful. As a real estate investor, I've closed with many title companies and attorneys. Few can compare to them. They were very easy to deal with.
I had to use them because it was the preferred Developers Title Co.if I didn't would cost me more. They would not help me out at all, closing was told to me within days of my summer Vacation with my children out of school for summer which must be booked with airlines in advance. They WOULD NOT COOPERATE AT ALL, I asked them several times to call me so we can arrange a mail away closing (overnight me the closing package to vacation location) this is extremely common in the Title Co. day to day operations.Got absolutely no whe... read more
