Customer service is excellent. Very patient and thorough in their explanations of what and why you want something done to the vehicle. Also very good about letting you know of any potential issues that might arise from any modification or upgrade prior to getting any work done. Clearly knowledgeable and competent staff. They handle my turd of a Forester like it were anyone's expensive European or Italian sports car. Highly recommend these guys.
