I am SO happy this store is in Redlands so I don't have to drive to the Apple store. I have had two cracked screens repaired and a MAC computer cleaned. Had the phones repaired within an house for 50% less than my insurance would pay and the computer in a couple days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Went in to get my 6s screen replaced and I was out in way less than an hour! Saved a lot of money compared to Apple (even with insurance). Jake helped me and was efficient, nice, thorough and quick! Excellent experience!
Amazing customer service! They put a new battery in, unbent my phone, and fixed my screen protector! My phone looks and runs like it's brand new! I highly recommend them and tell everyone to go there. Great place!!
Great service! I used to work at the Genius Bar for years, and it was always a crowded, stressful experience (if you think GOING to the Genius Bar is stressful, try WORKING there!). I brought in my 2010 MacBook Pro to have my hard drive switched out for a solid state drive -- if you have one of the old MBP's with the optical drive, and you either don't have the money to spend on a new one or need all those ports, this is a great way to add speed to your machine on the cheap.
