We had hardwood floors installed in our new house. Steve was knowledgeable and polite. He came up into the mountains near Black Hawk to do our estimate. He was available for questions and provided answers as required. Ben, the installer, did a fantastic job. Everything was fantastic.

I went in to purchase accessories (which were very expensive). Steve waited on me and of course everything that I wanted needed to be special ordered. He was very arrogant and rude! If I had another choice, I would have walked out the door!! It's a shame that they have people like that working for them. We had done quite alot of business with them 14 yrs. ago, and had great service.
