This is the second time I’ve seen Dr MacCumber, following up on macular hole surgery I had performed by Dr Kirk Packo. Although Dr MacCumber didn’t perform my surgery two years ago, I can report with total confidence that I would trust him to handle any issues with my eyes. This is a too-shelf practice.
I have been a patient of Dr MacCumber for several years. The staff is professional, helpful and understanding. Dr MacCumber has stabilized my eye condition and is always willing to answer any question I may have. I would definitely recommend him.
I've been his patient for over 7 years; we've gone through more than one treatment type and found the one that has stabilized my condition, since it's irreversible. We continue to monitor. Dr. M. listens to changes in my health and life circumstances in order to evaluate how they affect my retinal condition. He has compassion.
I had an eye emergency today and I was able to get an appointment with Dr. MacCumber immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in ophthalmology. I felt very confident with his diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and follow up advice. I've worked with him over the past few years and my sense is he is the very best in his field. The office staff was helpful and supportive at every stage, from making the appointment to imaging and scheduling my follow-up visit.

I have been seeing Dr. MacCumber for appox 22 years . He is always professional and friendly despite being very busy . The staff if very positive and helpful. I do go knowing my visit is at least 1.5 from start to finish .
