This was our first time visiting that restaurant with my family.We stopped by with some friends for dinner.I think our expectations was kind of too big.I am big fan of the Italian food and decided to try authentic Italian pizza from Macaroni and grill-Plano.This was my big surprise when my pizza showed up. Have had better experiences here before. Tonight the meal was not cooked as requested. Took quite a while to get it cooked correctly. Wondering what the short, dark-haired manager with the ego does other than wander around aimlessly. He sure doesn't pay attention to his customers or check in with them, especially when there are so few customers there.

Very nice and pleasant ambiance.
It was really bad service. We had made a request because we where 8 for a round table. Even called ahead. We where told no problem. Yet there was no round table available. They had groups of 4 sitting at round tables and the restaurant was not full. We got our appetizer after we had our dinner in the table already. They took our order very late. Never again. So disappointed
