The waitress was slow taking our order.And the restaurant was completely empty? The food was cold when I received it. They kept forgetting to bring my friends lattee.

Horrible food my salad was nasty the service was so slow I waited almost 2 hours to get an order in and I ordered it and Italian salad I was the last person out of 30 people to get my salad it was horrible
We made a reservation for Christmas evening. We are visiting from 1600 miles away and arranged our last day at Disney based on our reservation. We raced to get from the park to the restaurant for our 7:30 reservation and arrived at 7:32. We almost called to say we would be 2 or 3 minutes late but decided it would be silly. We walked up the the hostess and was informed it would be 2 or more hours that we were their last reservation and the kitchen was backed up that long. The restaurant was almost empty!
