There's been multiple times that the parts ********** at this location were incredibly rude. They never have the parts in that you need. Service ********** also charged me $60 for doing nothing to my hedge trimmers.. it was basically flooded according to them and they charged me $60.. that does not take an hour to diagnose.
I was not happy with their labor rate to fix my Onan Cummins generator in my motorhome. The sent a mobile repair person to my home who could not fix it and charged $350. Then when I took the motorhome to them they fixed it with a labor rate of $205/hr. Average motorhome dealerships charge $150/hr. Labor rate.
