Worst management I've ever dealt with. They have the audacity of charging fake plumbing charges to my HOA account, and also charging me late fees for not paying these fake dues in time. It took my and my tenants' personal time to dispute these charges over a period of a month. I can provide more details if contacted, but this should not repeat to any other customer. This is borderline scam.
Not recommended at all for many, many reasons. Their finance team is great, but the association managers and senior management are horrible. Consider a different company.
Sub-par management, If I could give a zero for this I would. My condo association brought on Macpherson two years ago to replace our previous contract and in that time my dealings with them are annoying at best to adversarial at worse. The payment software does not automatically journal payments to obligations like monthly dues, (I am now in my third exchange to have them correct this as they’ve also tried to fine a late fee for this error.) I normally don’t care to write reviews, but I am very dissatisfied with the new property manager Farrah. I’ve sent three follow up emails to a simple question about HOA fee, radio silence. This person is doing a terrible job with customer service and responding back at all. The previous property manager Michael was much more prompt and kind in working with tenants. Please reconsider your hiring decision.
