Great Service, we dealt with Luke and he was great. Upper ball joint needed a fix in GMC truck, it was an emergency since we were on a trip with a deadline and they got us in that same morning we called, had it done by the end of the day. Walked in to pick it up and Luke and the lovely receptionist asked and were genuinely glad to hear we still had a great day at the falls.
I took my vehicle for some repairs there a few months ago and they also changed the oil. We typically do our oil changes ourselves as my husband used to work on cars and is a licensed NYS inspector. That time I decided to let them change the oil while all the other work was completed. Now the car oil light came on somewhat early.
