I was incorrectly billed for work it turned out they never did on my house. After weeks of phone calls, their business manager said they would refund the money because they realized it was an error. Two months later they still haven't refunded it, and now they aren't calling me back. I just keep getting a receptionist who promises to give them a message. Mac Johnson Roofing answered our call with friendly professional service. They kept our calendar appointments on time. They have the right roofers, the right equipment and the right supervision to do a roof replacement in 2-3 days. They did it all, even some patchwork repairs on the facia corners.
