Yesterday service had my Avalon Hybrid for about 2 hours servicing it. Today IT DENR me an emessage adviding me that I had to change me Air filter. I agree with their recommendation My Issey is shy they didnt do IT yesterday when the had the CAR?

I paid extra for the all weather floor mats in an effort to save value on my car. I bought car through James Bui. It was two months before they even ordered the floor mats and both James Bui and Darren Day lied about ordering them. The detail service was very poor as well. They left such a mess in my wifes car when we bought it. The salesman then was named Mr. Green, and he was an absolute liar. Ralph was great at making sure I stayed in the loop. The appointment setter could not tell if I would be provide a loaner. This did not make sense to me. When I’m bringing my truck in for a recalls. He should have reached out to somebody that could answer the question so I can make preparations. That’s the flaw that needs to be fixed.
