Yes. Service was poor. Communication was very bad. I did not receive the service I had requested and an attempt to overcharge me was made by your service team. Work was done on my vehicle I told you I did not need (oil change) and the work I requested was not done (radiator fluid change). And, you Service Manager was not helpful to me. I came back to try to talk and resolve an "Engine Maintenance Required' warning light and was told it would be $579.00 to repair.
