Service was good, but I had my car in for accident repair and the paint doesn't match. I ask them to replace my windshield while it was there and they waited till the car was finished than called me back to tell me they had to order the windshield and it would another week. I ask them also to replace my wipers which wasn't done either. Along with checking the auto shift RPM's that was acting up. Now a week later I have to take it back for these items to be completed.
You have some younger guys trying to sell tires when they are only 50% worn. I had my tires checked by another tire company and confirmed the same. I know the economy is bad but that is not the way to treat customers .Oh yes , he tried to tell me I needed all the fluids flushed and filled. Another cool one thousand dollars. What the heck, it's not his money. First time I have had that pulled on me at your dealership. Disappointing
