Robin was the first person that assisted me and then Raul helped me out as well when Robin might not have been around. They worked the deal in tandem and did an amazing job. This was a pretty good experience up until I got custody of the car. After the car was paid for, Mr. West presented me one key fob (he stated there were 2), and that it looks like the back of the fob is missing but it is supposed to look that way. After I got home, I found out, the fob was supposed to have a back side that holds a car key in it (which I also did not get). Now I have to go to Mazda and order more keys and an extra fob! Matt Carl is a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most.
