This dealership service center has horrible customer service, is disorganized with aweful communication efforts
As of 12/17 I have been waiting for sixteen days for my car to be serviced. I have not received a call from My service advisor after I have called nine times and left voice mails.
Customer service is not great, they don’t return calls, and leadership or management is terrible.
