If I could give this place zero stars I would. The sale person was trying to lie and scam for more money then was what discuss. He messed up the paperwork that cause them to repossessed the car while I was at work. I had call the sales person out on all his lies. It’s bad when his boss called him out for lying.If you ever go to Mac Haik on I 55 don’t deal with Norman Pace you will get fucked over every time. way overpriced, scamming people, doesnt do what warranty tells them to do, vehicle was in shop longer than it should have been and wasnt even touched for the first 3 weeks. this dealership has a lot of bad things ive heard about them by people who use to work at this location specifically that could get them in big trouble.

My car has been at this dealership since September 2023. It is now April 2024. I needed a part that they told me was on back order . The car is not drivable because it’s the ignition on a push start. I have called several times and even been to the location and I get a feeling of in urgency from them. I have even called the service dept manager and left messages. I never got a response back. 2012 ford focus was taken in for a door lock recall and was told about the recall issue involving the gas tank deformation. They said that we couldn't leave until the issue was fixed. Ok but a few days later we had issues with it and brought it back to them. Again an issue with the fuel system. But now they wanted $850 to fix it. I call the ford motor company and they got it fixed for free. Last week the car wouldn't shift. Bought it in and fixed. 24 hours later while driving it stalled and wouldn't start. We purchased my son his first vehicle in January 2024. It was a used 2021 Ford F150, which we bought with the assurance of passing the Ford Blue Certified Vehicle Inspection. It failed to start after two days of driving, and the check engine light was on. Upon inspection, a Ford service center in Oxford MS discovered damaged engine parts and components held together with zip ties, indicating that the inspection was likely never conducted. As of 12/17 I have been waiting for sixteen days for my car to be serviced. I have not received a call from My service advisor after I have called nine times and left voice mails.
