My husband has taken his truck here to get the sound system looked at as it's sounds like static and will clear up every now and then on it's own. His advisor Matt, at first, seemed to care, but now has done nothing but drag this out claiming "the tech can't figure out the issue". I dropped my car off at the service station on March 25th to get an issue with my AC fixed. On April 1st I was told my car was ready to be picked up, but by the time I got home, I notice a weird noise coming from under my hood. I checked and noticed the belt seem to be coming off. I immediately got in contact with the mechanic and discussed the issue. Later that day the belt had completely come off. I'd give the service department ZERO stars if I could. I brought my Cherokee in on a Monday. Unlike when I made the appointment, I was told the car couldn't be looked at until Wednesday and it would be $179 to run diagnostics. I called on Thursday since no one called me and was told my car hadn't been touched but it would be and I'd hear back by 5. This place is total trash when it comes to customer service . The way I got treated from them, I will continue to trash them in any and every way possible even if it's to make signs warning people of this place and putting them up and down the street around the dealership . I like dodge, but they have some rude uncaring people working for them .

They falsely $$ on the internet, offer dealer discount but when try to purchase they(steve in sales ) don’t honor there’s a reason they don’t have an BBB Aaccredation. DONT BUY

Since I've had a Dodge ram truck this is the 1st time that I have had excellent customer service at this facility. Beforehand customer service was rude and disrespectful I like to give responsibilities fully to Ms. ****** for my excellence service... She had amazing customer service and need more like her. Went with friend to purchase a Charger advertised on line at $25,226.00, marked down because it was a year old. Sat down with salesman that we spoke to over the phone, he went to get the details from the manager. He came back with a sheet of paper that broke down everything and listed the out the door price (including TTL) of $27,456.00. This dealership is extremely unethical and unorganized. I was lied to and I got my car back in pieces. The service drive told me a major part was broken when it was fine and the sales department ran my credit over a dozen times without telling me the price of the vehicle and lied to me for three hours and then blamed me. I had my car towed to the dealership after it overheated, meaning I could not drive it out of the dealership. If I could take away stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is by far the absolute worse dealership I have ever encountered. I brought my truck in due to an electrical issue. They had the truck for over a week and came to the conclusion that my ECM was bad. How they came up with this was beyond me. Either way, instead of fixing the issue, they told me that they do not have the capabilities of programming an ECM older than 2007. A Dodge dealership, the ONE place that SHOULD have the capability.
