Their accessory manager, isn’t very professional and tries to rush you through or gets short of you ask for more time or want more info, and should either be more versed on what he’s trying to sell or be more honest about what you actually need to make it work, not after the fact when it’s sold and installed in your car just so he or they can make more. Poor communication after they make the sale! This is the first time I've ever had a horrible experience buying/leasing a vehicle. The first vehicle I tried to lease already had an issue with it and the service department would not communicate with me for a week even though I had reached out multiple times. I made contact with a salesman by the name of Juan from Mac Haik CDJR Katy Freeway (on 3/26/2024). Upon negotiation of the price and final out-the-door amount on a 2023 Dodge Challenger RT, Juan also wanted to sell me a $1,995 protection package that has been installed on the car. I purchased a brand new 2024 jeep overland back in January. After 2 weeks of purchasing it, it was being towed off for not starting, a check engine light and stalling out in the middle of the I45. It has been there since January 26th. Not once has the GM returned emails or phone calls, he passes me off on to the managers and advocates. HIGHLY Deceptive Advertising! I spent a few hours on the Website over the weekend selecting two trucks that were listed at a price... MSRP was clearly Shown (window sticker available )... We have a 2020 Jeep Rubicon with a one-touch power roof. The Jeep only has roughly 19,000 miles as of today. In October 2023, I opened the roof to let a bug out and the roof would not close. Dropped the Jeep off for repair at Mac Haik in October 2023, where we bought the vehicle, and still do not have the vehicle back and it's 1-24-24. My husband has taken his truck here to get the sound system looked at as it's sounds like static and will clear up every now and then on it's own. His advisor Matt, at first, seemed to care, but now has done nothing but drag this out claiming "the tech can't figure out the issue".
