Very upset with my service. I had placed a NAPA order to this store 3 days before the online order said it will be ready for pickup in store. I did not revive any confirmation emails, phone calls, or emails for 2 days. I called the store the day it was to be completed and I was told by Zack, that the order was not looked at until I called. He then informed me that half of the items I ordered are discontinued, and the other half is not available in their store or in the radius of other auto parts stores.
