To be honest, the last few times I’ve been to the MAC location in Montclair, the associates have been great. They always help me, and if they’re busy, they politely ask me to wait. They’re always nice and professional. Thank you, MAC—I appreciate you guys for always making me feel welcome.
No event at the mac lipstick event today July 26, 2025 at the Montclair Mall in Ca. No sips, no sweets, no prizes. I’m confused.
I've gone into this store multiple times in the past. Customer service was always great. Today, was not the case. I went in at 1 pm and was blatantly ignored by all customer associates. I saw one working on someone's make up and another one at the counter checking out a make customer. I stood in line to wait to ask for the product I came in for. I was very diappointed. Unfortuately I dont know the ladys name, but the makeup artist that worked on Dec18th at 2:00 p.m gave me the worst experience. I had a 30 min makeup booked. I arrived early about 10 min early. She started almost right away, but she was the only one there so she kept walking away to check out other customers.
