I've gone into this store multiple times in the past. Customer service was always great. Today, was not the case. I went in at 1 pm and was blatantly ignored by all customer associates. I saw one working on someone's make up and another one at the counter checking out a make customer. I stood in line to wait to ask for the product I came in for. I was very diappointed. Unfortuately I dont know the ladys name, but the makeup artist that worked on Dec18th at 2:00 p.m gave me the worst experience. I had a 30 min makeup booked. I arrived early about 10 min early. She started almost right away, but she was the only one there so she kept walking away to check out other customers. Love this location, It was my first time coming into the San Bernardino region and I loved Jamie's assistance who helped my sister with her make up needs, she has great taste and can easily identify her skin tone and overall make up needs when it comes to blush, concealer, foundation etc. Will be coming back
