The worst dealership ever! I go in there and sign ALL papers give a down payment for a truck, get told I have to wait a couple days for them to install a lift kit and wheels (no big deal) I get a call back saying the truck is ready so I walked in and find the sales person and she tells me "trucks in detail should be ready in a couple minutes" again no big deal. An employee at Mac Churchill Auto Mall forged 3 policy documents in my name worth $6,095 dollars and sent them to my financing bank for reimbursement to the dealership. They also wrote another $2000 dollars of "aftermarkets" into my Buyers Order (which they never gave me a copy of until 11 days after I signed for the car and only when I requested it). Fortunately my only problem with Mac Churchill was that it did take a very long time!! Chanel found the perfect car for my grand daughter and I and we haven't had any problems. We got a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and we're very happy with it. We have already received our welcome letter from the bank so I know all is good there. Chanel Aldorando is an awesome young lady and the one u need to see. If it can be done, she's the one to do it! I would (and have) recommend her to Family and friends. Thanks Chanel!!!
Bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Evolution from Bailey Behzadi, great service took care of me very well. He didn't pressure me for the sale and helped me get the deal I wanted! He was very nice and it was a breeze to purchase the car. It took quite a while to get the financial paperwork in order tho, I feel like it shouldn't have taken so long.
