Giving two because there were times that we were able to pay rent late, but it was roach infested (moved in and there were dead roaches under the paint on cabinets), my shower/tub was messed up in multiple ways the entire year+I lived there. I was argued with about things not working as if somehow I just couldn't understand the complexities of plumbing with all of my lady parts.
