Shopped today very friendly service. Felt as if the prices were all fair. Going back tomorrow to close a deal.
My husband bought a vehicle here in July of 2023. They talked him in to a 1 year warranty that would cover anything that could go wrong with the car. The warranty had a $100 deductible. 6 months later the car was dead and had to be towed. The warranty was a joke we ended up paying over $600 for the repair. When we called Mabritos they offered to pay half the cost of the repair even though their warranty should have covered it. This was by far the best used car sales experience I have ever had. Tony is a stand up guy and I highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!! My new ride had everything I needed and looked great. He filled every nook and cranny with handy little gifts!! I was so shocked. Also, I was able to purchase a warranty at a very affordable price. I didn't get any bad vibes!
Had a truck picked up by them to scrap for parts. Gotta wait weeks to get paid? Completely unprofessional
