Dr. Mabini was absolutely amazing surgeon to me in terms of level of care and ongoing support. She initially saw me on a Saturday and made sure I was well informed answering all of my questions. Dr. Mabini also had a great bedside manner and I have never had any issues with the front desk and they have always been very responsive to me by email.
My son was referred to this ENT and it took 9 months to see the doctor for ongoing nosebleeds. When we were finally seen, the appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes. There was no thorough exam and no effort to investigate possible causes/further. We were simply told to apply Polysporin. We were specifically told that if symptoms continued/worsened or new symptoms appeared, to call the office. Fast forward 6 months later, my son is chronically uncomfortable and in pain. The doctor was nice but didn’t get a very clear answer by the end. The clinic requires people to wear a mask which is fair, but if you don’t have one they make you pay for one which is extremely unusual and unfair. Also there were 3 people working at the front desk but was never able to get a hold of the clinic via phone before going there. Wasn’t worth the one year wait for an appointment and overall wouldn’t recommend this place.
Dr. Mabini performed my surgery to remove my thyroid. She was professional, sincere, compassionate, kind and very thorough from start to finish. And I thank Dr. Muhammad Shrayyef for recommending Dr. Mabini for my surgery. I had major surgery with no pain or symptoms afterwards. You are an amazing doctor and we will always be thankful to you. Great specialist, horrible secretaries, rude, they play dumb, they do not answer questions directly, irrelevant long winded responses for nothing about the topic in question, quick to charge you money for a mask that they dont wear and that does nothing. Dr. Mabini is great, excellent doctor providing great care, not worth seeing go else where because her secretaries are horrible for anything other than automated response.
