Didn't assess for injury dismissed pain with no range of motion tests imaging or even a basic exam. So
Dr Maben shocked me with his complete lack of empathy and not even attempting to help with a debilitating and painful condition. He said he had no easy way out many times but he gave literally no advice or recommendation until after I was in tears and he recommended some herbal supplements. He wouldn't even write a prescription for a walker that I requested for the really bad days so my child can still be mobile. He used to have good bedside manner. This was so disappointing.
Dr Maben is a phenomenal pediatrician! He has cared for my children for over 12 years. The level of care, knowledge, integrity and compassion are always superior!
Dr. Maben is the best pediatrician my children ever had. He listened and always took time with them. He was their doctor at KU Medical Center and I recommend him to anyone.
