When i went to the marvin Sapp concert i needed to give my friend her ticket so i went.down the escalator and they were like where you can't get back in once you're in you can't leave and I was like I've been here for like 2 hours I just need to come and give her her ticket they almost didn't let me back in the concert very rude
To have one older person doing tickets and to have a line wrapped around the building and still waiting when the show starts is unacceptable for miss ok week. It's not even that many people. There should be two people doing tickets and both escalators going up. And someone not so technology challenged.
Attended graduation at 5:00 pm. Our group had 4 small children. Right at dinner time. The Mabee center wouldn't let us take in snacks and juice boxes for them. Oh, BUT we could sure buy food and beverages......NOT! Do you have any idea how expensive that would be for families with young children?!?! It's not a basketball game, it's a graduation, come on!!! All hail the almighyt $$$$$ ORU, way to go.

Your usher Gary Fair was extremely rude and unprofessional towards several veterans here tonight. This concert is to honor the sacrifices of our service members as well as their families. And he made the comment it doesn't matter if you are a vet if it doesn't say VIP you can't sit here. I am very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Hopefully the concert will be more enjoyable from this point on.
