Bought tickets for the Gaither Concert, it was cancelled due to Covid. Received my refund but not the full amount. I have tried to contact them, but they will not answer. I feel full refunds should be given, since it was not thru anything I could control.
While we're all disappointed in the upcoming performance cancellations at the Mabee Center---How do you feel about their adherence to NO REFUNDS Policy? Given the extraordinary situation with COVIS AND the fact that so many corporations are at least attempting to minimize the financial impact to their customers, it seems Mabee Center falls short.

I like going to the basketball games at ORU. They have concerts and fun things the kids throughout the year.
Easy parking, easy to get to seats, nice staff, reasonable concessions. Only negative was my team lost
